Math Contests!
I was introduced to the University of Waterloo Math Contests when I joined the Math Club at Handsworth in Grade 10. For the past couple years, I have enjoyed writing the University of Waterloo math contests. In grade 10, I wrote the Cayley Contest,in Grade 11 I wrote the Fermat Contest. This year I wrote the CSMC (Canadian Senior Mathematics Contest), and the Euclid Contest.
To prepare, I looked at the past versions of the contests used in other years, and did the questions as practice.
I used the 2021, 2020, and 2019 versions of the Cayley contest to prepare in Grade 10.

Another great tool for preparation is the University of waterloo Problem Set Generator, which randomly chooses questions from past contests.

Problem Set GeneratorI encourage all Math Club members to write the University of Waterloo math contests, as they are a fun, low-risk way to challenge yourself :)
