Club Leadership:

- I became a club leader this year as a Grade 12 student.

- Milestone: My first experience as a leader.

- Used the struggles I faced to make a positive change for other members.

Social Awareness and Responsibility: Resolving Problems- Resolving conflict with other leaders respectfully and peacefully.

Personal and Social Awareness: Self-Advocating- This conflict also taught me the importance of standing up for myself.

- I created a digital meeting sign-up calendar to make meeting leadership more inclusive.

- Gave every member the opportunity to lead a meeting and share their ideas.

Collaborating: Supporting group interactions- Planning group activities to including everyone is a top priority.

- Worked collaboratively with other math club leaders to plan activities with varying difficulties.
